The Beginner course contains 88 lessons across three pillars: Peace, Harmony, and Wholeness. It is the foundational learning library for entering Awakening Dharma in a systematic way.

What is inside the Beginner course?

The Beginner course is Level 1 of the Awakening Path. It has 3 parts, 88 teachings, delivered as online video, arranged along three pillars:

  • Part I — Peace: 38 lessons
  • Part II — Harmony: 20 lessons
  • Part III — Wholeness: 30 lessons

The baseline rhythm is ten minutes a day through Inti Dharma, with bilingual Vietnamese–English scriptures, meditation, quizzes, and flashcards. Lessons are taught in Vietnamese; the scripture library is bilingual.

Part I — Peace: 38 lessons on body-mind, karma, and meditation

The opening part moves from the question "Who am I?" through the foundational teachings — the Four Noble Truths, the Noble Eightfold Path, Dependent Origination — and into meditation practice and awakened living.
